How to Make a Hedgehog in 5 Easy Steps
Step 1
Mold a piece of pink clay into a teardrop shape, and cut off the round end. This will be the hedgehog’s head. Then, make a brown ball for the body, and cut off a slice so that it is the same size as the flat end of the teardrop shape you just made.
Step 2
Press the two pieces together. Smooth out the joint using your finger then tilt the snout up slightly.
Step 3
Flatten two small pink balls and press them onto each side of the head to make her ears. The feet are two little pink teardrop shapes.
You’re Almost Finished
Step 4
Press two tiny black balls for eyes onto the snout and a brown ball onto the end for her nose.
Step 5
To finish, use a piece of poster board to create her mouth. You can make her quills by marking short lines onto her body with a toothpick.
You’re Finished
Now all you have to do is give her a name.
